You must know the indoor and outdoor pipes that can freeze the flow of water. Frozen pipes can restrict the normal flow due to very low temperature. If you are using a garden hose, you will have to remove it as soon as possible because it can go out of order. You have to make several preparations before the freezing temperature sets in.
