Salman sentenced.......or what?????

Image result for salman sentenced

It seemed to be the most important national event since the general election. The whole country watched and waited as the media produced minute-by-minute coverage of the hearing of the 2002 HIT-AND-RUN case.
Now coming to a little history. On 28 th sept. 2002, famous Bollywood actor salman khan was arrested for rush and negligent driving after his car ran into a bakery in Mumbai: one person who was sleeping on the pavement outside died on spot and others three injured in the mishap.Charges of culpable homicide laid against him but later dropped. On july 24th,2013 he was again charged but he pleaded not guilty.

On 6th may he was found guilty of all charges in the case. The Bombay session court concluded he was drunk and so he was convicted for culpable homicide not amounting to murder and was given a five year sentence but later it was delayed.

This was the justice but why cant every citizen enjoy the same dispensation of justice that khan did???????????
When saman khan was sentenced to jail, there is a lot more than prison time at stake. Given that he is one of the famous face of Indian entertainment industry,a lot of money- be it from movies in the pipeline , endorsement or other engagement-is on the line. He surely became a coffee-table gossip for some days.
What did people say in his defence
some die-hard supporters of khan and almost whole entertainment industry kept on saying that it was not salman's fault. They blamed the people sleeping on the pavement or, blamed govt. for not housing people, which resulted in such salman's mishap. "he is a changed man"- this is the key argument that all salman sympathizers put forth was to look at his good side. Look what he has done for society through his charitable work, how mean lives he has saved!! So, why put such a kind hearted man behind jail for some mishap!!??

I mean, oh seriously!!!!!! If this was an ordinary man in place of him then he must have sentenced to death! And here why the same is not happening to rich people too?????Why the case is pending till date? its also the fault of court official and policemen. It is the poor and under privileged who suffer the most. The case of salman proves the fact that here, in India, justice is not in favor of poor.

Why most of the indian girls are marrying this soon

68 years..we are independent but Indian females are still dealing with their right to make serious life decision. Mainly in case of marriage, they are forced to accept others' decision. causing

OK, so, if you are living in India, this is common to hear or witness all by yourself about a girl who is trying to focus on their carrier, but, her parents would try to force her to get married. This is either because, later it will be a challenging task to find a suitable groom for the girl or, because
the parents thinks there is no one after them to take care of the girl. mainly Indian parents choose to maintain a good impression on their neighbours over their children's' (mainly girls) happiness. You must have heard those awfully famous lines- "LOG KYA KAHENGE?" i.e. what the society people will say?

The fact is  Indian society is mainly male dependent one, where women(no matter if they are working or not) are seen to be fully depended on men and it is thought that females are not completed without the male counterpart.

Mainly talking about rural areas, the marriageable age has taken to be 18, and  even though the girl is not matured, she finds herself marrying early. This is because either the circumstances their family creates force them to do so or, the the fulfillment of their issues, either its their affection, love or maybe its because they are sexually attacked.

These are the common facts or issues an Indian woman goes through. Now coming to the most private and practical one. Guess it??
Virginity and sex. yep, this is it. Most of the Indian men want to marry a virgin girl. Marrying a girl who has had sex before is something like a sin to them. No matter if the guy is virgin or not, (now sorry here. I'm not talking about all guys OK? ). So, late 25s is considered a long time for the female and 19 years are more preferred than 25 years old female. Even though the guy is in his late 30s, but the society will somehow ignore it because, as mentioned before Indian society is patriarchal society!! All though govt. keeps saying Indian females have full right as well as the males, but men are always given first priority over women causing a dominant culture.

However one should be mentally prepared before getting married or should not give in to the family pressure. Without maturity the relationship ends up by either being separated or divorced.

In urban areas, the corresponding figure is much less because of education investment, more developed culture and opinions, and male dependency is much less compared to rural areas. First, people have to change their backdated thoughts about female, then there will be hardly any change in this disgusting early marriage system.

Census reveals- Indian marriage system

Unregulated India- 11 mn of under 19 girls had been married

According to just-released data from the 2011 census, 41.3 per cent of girls in India are child brides. Of over 10 mn girls of this age at the time of the census, more than 4.1 mn were married of already divorced, separated or widowed. In some states like Bihar, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, a majority of 19 years old had already bean married. The data shows a rural-urban division , where 47.3% of 19 years are married in rural India. In urban side the figure is 29.2 percent. However census reveals some well performing states too such as Nagaland - being the best and southern states like Kerala and Tamil Nadu as well as Goa.

However we can conclude that rural area is much affected than urban ones due to lack of sensible thoughts of course..

Now you may wonder why this is happening???????????
