Dick LaMarche -President

Dick LaMarche has been in the real estate management business since 1964. Over the course of his career, he's been involved in every phase of construction, development, and management of multi-family housing. Mr. LaMarche has also been involved with the Houston Apartment Association and the Texas Apartment Association for many years and currently serves on the board of directors of both organizations.

In recognition of his many contributions to the apartment industry, Mr. LaMarche was named "Go Getter of the Year" by the Houston Apartment Association, of which he's also served as President. In 2008, he was elected to the Hall of Fame of the Houston Apartment Association in recognition of his career accomplishments. Additional honors include the professional designation of Certified Apartment Property Supervisor by the National Apartment Association.

Greg Douglas -Vice President

Greg began his apartment management career as a maintenance worker while attending college. After amassing two years of maintenance experience on properties of over 200 units, he graduated from college and spent another two years as a resident manager on a 442-unit apartment complex. He was then promoted to regional manager and later named executive property manager, where he was responsible for 5,500 units and 175 employees. As a founding member, he has been with our company since 1978.

Over the years, Mr. Douglas has been involved in the education and training of property managers and resident managers, along with teaching courses in the Certified Apartment Management Program and Certified Apartment Property Supervisor program. He has lectured at many seminars, both locally and nationally, and has written articles and educational course material on the subject of professional apartment management.

Past accomplishments include serving as Chairman of the Houston Apartment Association Educational Committee and several other committees. Mr. Douglas was also awarded the Institute of Real Estate Management designation of Certified Property Manager and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas.


Bill Elsbree -Vice President

Bill Elsbree started his career working for a national accounting firm from 1980 until 1985, specializing in the auditing and syndication of multi-family housing properties. Additionally, he maintained a CPA certification from 1983 to 2000.

In 1985, Mr. Elsbree accepted a position as an in-house analyst for a multi-family housing development firm. In this role, his efforts focused on the financing, managing, and redevelopment of older, distressed affordable rental housing properties, along with the financing of newly constructed developments.

A member of the Creative Property Management Co. family since 1997, his work involved a range of public funding sources, including Section Eight, Section 236, HOME and the Low Income Housing Tax Credit. Today, he is a non-practicing member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
